Convert the distribution box to a vertical position

You can rotate your distribution box or objects to a vertical position and evenly distribute them using rotation and alignment tools in your software.

Rotating Text or Objects Vertically

In Visio: Select the text box you want to rotate. Go to Home > Position > Rotate Shapes, then choose Rotate Right 90° or Rotate Left 90°. You can also use the rotation handle to adjust the text box manually.

Alternatively, insert a Vertical Text Box via Insert > Text Box > Vertical Text Box to type directly in a vertical layout.

Point: Select the objects or text boxes. Go to Shape Format > Align (or Picture Format > Align for images). Use the Rotate options to turn objects vertically.

You can also stack text vertically by narrowing a horizontal text box until the text appears stacked.

Design: Open the Align panel via Window > Object & Layout > Align. Select your objects and use the Vertical alignment or Vertical distribution buttons to rotate or stack them along the vertical axis.
